Suggested Evidence for Audit (Series)

What will be covered

Feedback collected and analysed from our 2015 Q&A Roadshow across the country supports that for many Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) compliance is the greatest risk that they manage.

To assist in managing risk, this webinar series has been designed to identify and explore the types of evidence that could be provided by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to demonstrate compliance and continuous improvement against the Standards for RTOs 2015. Attendees will consider and discuss some of the common non-compliances identified at audit, particularly in relation to training and assessment strategies and practices, assessment, trainers and assessors, third party arrangements, quality assurance, marketing and complaints and appeals.
