ASQA recently identified that many RTOs were confused about the extent to which third-party arrangements could be used for the delivery of training and assessment. ASQA has identified that many providers are unaware of the limitations posed by the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (the NVR Act) when using third parties to delivery training and assessment. 

As such, ASQA has developed a new General Direction and a fact sheet to clarify the requirements of the NVR Act.

This webinar will discuss the key messages of the General Direction, including additional requirements for VET courses of concern, and the obligations on RTOs to ensure any third party arrangements they are utilising meet all legislative requirements.
