Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) need to closely examine their marketing material and practices to ensure compliance with not only the Standards, but the department's policies and directives in relation to the proper marketing of a funded program.

Various state government-funded contracts have additional provisions of what can and cannot be included in marketing material to ensure your marketing material is accessible, complete and factual.

Having held a variety of roles including Administration Manager, Training Coordinator and Compliance Manager across various RTOs, Katya specialises in audit preparation and government funding tenders. With an emphasis on QLD government funded contracts gained through extensive participation in DEST audits. Through these experiences, Katya has learned how to truly prepare for a PQS audit.
A strong believer in the powers of education and passionately committed to educating others, Katya strives to inspire clients to improve their compliance performance.
