To assist in managing risk, this comprehensive workshop has been designed to identify and explore the types of evidence that could be provided by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to demonstrate compliance and continuous improvement against the Standards for RTOs 2015. 

Attendees will consider and discuss some of the common non-compliances identified at audit, particularly in relation to training and assessment strategies and practices, assessment, trainers and assessors, third party arrangements, quality assurance, marketing and complaints and appeals.
