This face-to-face workshop is from our  suite of Your Way offerings.

It is ready to be presented to your staff, at your venue. Need more information? Simply fill out our enquiry form below for a quote.

Clustering units of competency is a process that can really enhance the training and assessment experience and outcomes for students. It can also have an effect on ‘the amount of training’ for a training product and assist the RTO in its justification of the number of hours defined in the Training and Assessment Strategy.

Assessments can reflect realistic workplace tasks through the gathering of holistic assessment evidence or combine common items associated with legislation, communication, personal protective equipment, teamwork, etc. This workshop has been designed to take participants through the process of designing assessment tools for groups or clusters of units of competency.
