The VET Student Loans Ombudsman (VSLO) is a new player in the VET sector. We’re here to manage and investigate disputes between students and RTOs about VET FEE-HELP and VET Student Loans. But, complaints handling is not all we do. This webinar explored the topics:

• what the VSLO can do, why we will do it and when we will do it;
• the VSLO community and sector engagement to date;
• the first two weeks of operation;
• VSLO plans to work collaboratively with industry to develop a Code of Practice;
• how VSLO will work with the sector on best practice complaints handling education and advice; and
• where to from here? The VSLO post implementation and moving forward.
