VET CEO Conference


Q. When do registrations for the 2020 VET CEO Conference close?
A. Registrations for the 2021 VET CEO Conference will close midnight the 17 March 2021.

Q. When can I register for the VET CEO Conference?
A. Registrations are now open for the 2021 VET CEO Conference, please click here to register.

Q. I have registered for the  VET CEO Conference, however I am unable to attend, can I send someone in my place?
A. Yes you can! Please note that you will be required to submit the details of the replacement attendee in writing to Velg Training by no later than Monday 15 March 2021.  

Q. Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the conference on the day?
A. Yes. Cancellations must be received and acknowledged at least 30 days prior to the commencement of any conference. Please note that there is an administration fee of 20% of the registration fees paid. No refunds will be provided if cancellation is made within 30 days of any conference, however a substitute attendee is welcome upon written notice to

Group Discounts

Q. There are a number of staff at my organisation that want to attend the VET CEO Conference, can I receive a volume discount?
A. Yes, group discounts are available when registering multiple attendees for this event. If five or more attendees are registered for an event, a discount of 5% will apply. This will apply for up to and including nine attendees. If 10 or more attendees are registered for an event, a discount of 10% will apply. Please email  if you have any questions regarding group discounts.

Q. What platform is Velg Training using to host the VET CEO Conference (online event)?

Q. What kind of operating system do I require?
A. At a minimum you will require:

  • A personal computer or laptop to view the presentation (Mac or PC)
  • Ability to receive audio (either using a telephone to dial-in or mic and speakers (headset) connected to your computer)

For PC-Based Organisers and Attendees

  • Required: Windows® 7-10, Vista, XP or 2003 Server (Linux is not supported)
  • Required: Internet Explorer® V8 or Later, Mozilla® Firefox® V34 or Later, Google® Chrome® V34 or later or Microsoft Edge V12 or later
  • 5.0 or newer (JavaScriptTM and JavaTM enabled) . If needed, download Java here.
  • Required: Internet connection, with cable modem, DSL or better recommended
  • Recommended: Dual core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with at least 2 GB of RAM

For Mac-Based Organisers and Attendees

  • Required: Mac OS® X 10.5 (Leopard®), OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard®), OS X 10.7 (Lion®)
  • Required: SafariTM 3.0 or newer, or Firefox 3.0 or newer; (JavaScript and Java enabled; ChromeTM is not supported)
  • Internet Connection Required: Cable modem, DSL or better recommended
  • Required: Intel processor with 512 MB of RAM or better recommended

Q. If I cannot attend the online event will I receive access to the resources and recordings?
A. Yes if you are unable to attend the live event the recordings of every session will be provided (along with any supportive resources from the sessions) via email 48 hours post the live event.

Q. Will I receive a Statement of Attendance for my professional development records?
A. Yes, provided that you do attend the VET CEO Conference. Statements of Attendance are sent out along with your resources the week following the conference.
