There are a range of areas to address when a Training Product is replaced on the National Register, including meeting the time frames outlined in the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). Learners need to be informed, staff need to ensure they meet the requirements of the new training product, assessment needs to be redeveloped, a comparison needs to occur between the two products just to name a few of the considerations.
The Velg Training Transition Plan template has been designed to prompt the RTO in planning out all areas related to transitioning to a new training product when the current product is superseded. It addresses the requirements outlined in the Compliance Requirements (Division 2, Clause 14) of the Standards for NVR RTOs 2025.
This template is a Word document (.docx) which has been set up as a form that can be adapted, customised and filled in by the RTO.
