EMAIL TEMPLATES

Whilst we regularly communicate with your team, we recognise that sometimes the same message carries more weight when it comes from within your organisation.  These four templates have been designed for you to take some of the hard work out of communicating with your team.  Each template title is hyperlinked to a Microsoft Word document, which you can download and copy the text into your email to be sent.

We've included some simple instructions about how to tailor the content (see screenshot below), but feel free to adjust them to suit your circumstances

Email 1: Introduction to the Velg Training sibling account email template

You can send this email to your team to let them know that you have purchased a corporate or corporate plus  membership with us and their invitation to join the account has just been sent or is on its way. Simply copy and paste from the document into your email and tweak the highlighted text.  A great way to introduce their membership status to them!

Email 2: Reminder: Don't forget to activate your sibling account email template

We know everyone can get super busy! This is a reminder to your team that they do need to activate their sibling account via the invitation which has been sent to from our system so they can access the benefits you've paid for!  Copy and paste from this template into your email and tweak the highlighted text.  This one is a great prompter!

Email 3: Take advantage of the great FREE PD available email template

Your team may have activated their account but not yet  have registered for one of our FREE  Members Lunch Box webinars.  This template will give them a hand to do that and will take them straight to the landing page in our Knowledge Hub which houses all available previous recordings also - great PD right at their finger tips!

Email 4: Registering for discounted PD email template

Whilst not all of our PD offerings are included in your membership, this template is designed to assist your staff in navigating our discounted events and discussing any they may wish to register for.  You may wish to attach to your email an internal document you have for PD requests, or we have also included a Trainer and Assessor Professional Development Plan template for them to use.

As the administrator of your Velg Training membership, you have an extra level of permissions through our website to help you manage your corporate or corporate plus membership.

Corporate Membership Administrators can:

• Manage "sibling" accounts associated with your Membership;
• Approve requests from your team to be added to your Corporate Membership;
• View the last time each of your sibling accounts has logged in to the website; 
• View the PD history and Statements of Attendance for any/all siblings;
• Make notes against sibling records; and
• Help siblings reset their password.
