The report is divided into 9 volumes: An overview document (volume 1) that presents the policy agenda; and inquiry content volumes (volumes 2–9) that explain in greater detail the reforms that make up the policy agenda, including a modelling appendix.

2023 State of the future of work (2023)

This report focuses on the on-going impact of COVID-19 on work futures. The researchers ask a central question: how are Australian workers faring into the COVID-19 recovery? Drawing on data on the work experiences of 1,400 Australian workers since the pandemic, they identify four critical future of work themes.

This report analyses regional job vacancy data from both 2022 and from the last decade to present a view of the labour market challenges and opportunities in regional Australia.
