VRQA: Annual declaration of compliance

Under Guideline 5 of the VRQA Guidelines for VET Providers, registered training organisations (RTOs) are required to complete an annual declaration of compliance and submit it to the VRQA by 1 April each year.

New English Language Requirements (2024)

This change was announced as part of the Australian Government’s Migration Strategy released on 11 December 2023 and applies to all Student and Temporary Graduate visa applications lodged on or after 23 March 2024.

The sessions were delivered by Troy Waller, learning delivery specialist and accessibility lead for Microsoft Australia Education. The diversity of learning needs of students requires schools, VET and Universities to provide inclusive and accessible learning environments that inspire confidence and encourage independence differently for each student.
