The Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) produces the Information Security Manual (ISM). The purpose of the ISM is to outline a cyber security framework that an organisation can apply, using their risk management framework, to protect their systems and data from cyber threats.

Amended Fit and Proper Person Instrument (Standards for RTOs 2015, Schedule 3) (2023)

An amended Fit and Proper Person Requirements Instrument under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 is now in place. See Schedule 3 of the Standards for RTOs (https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2023C00931)

NCVER: Nationally agreed nominal hours

These nationally agreed hours data have been agreed to by all States and Territories for use in national reporting of VET data only. NCVER sources the nominal hours externally or via state and territory submissions to the National VET Provider Collection.

ELICOS Standards 2018

Australian Government website link to the Federal Register of Legislation - ELICOS Standards 2018. The ELICOS Standards apply to providers who deliver courses which are solely or predominantly of English language instruction to student visa holders in Australia. The ELICOS Standards 2018 provide a basis on which regulatory authorities may register a provider on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Course for Overseas Students (CRICOS) under the ESOS Act, to deliver an ELICOS course.
