Powerful Steps to Working Smarter for Your RTO: Do More & Stress Less

7 November 2019
ONLINE

What will be covered within the webinar

Dynamics of modern businesses are forever in a state of change. Whether you are scaling up and trying to maintain or improve efficiencies, scaling down and trying to reduce cost, or feel relatively stable, but need to drive better business outcomes, there is always a need to find opportunities for improvement to keep on the front foot and ahead of the pack.

We all know the clichés:

  • You need to work on your business not in your business!
  • You can’t see the wood for the trees!
  • You need to work on what’s important not just what’s urgent!

This webinar focuses on practical concepts and transferring the understanding on how they apply in real context, no clichés!

Rob will highlight some simple but powerful concepts to help you justify improvement efforts, identify the best opportunities, and drive real business outcomes.

With use of examples from typical RTOs and drawing on practical concepts that offer a paradigm shift to process improvement, you will understand:

  • Why efforts in the past may not have achieved the expected outcomes, and
  • How to identify, quantify and drive real business process improvement.

Aimed at RTO Owners or Managers, you’ll come out of this webinar armed and ready for action to make positive changes to your business, whatever your situation.
