Over 11 million students have created a USI since 2015. The USI gives VET students access to an online record of their Australian training achievements. They can also give permission to RTOs or third parties to view their authenticated VET transcript. Hear the latest news about the USI, including new developments in 2021 and beyond.

Luke Hutchinson is an experienced professional and community leader, with over 20 years of experience working across both the public sector and the tertiary education sector. Luke uses his extensive understanding of innovation and process improvement to enhance the customer experience for students and providers alike. He leads the Customer Experience and External Relations teams in the Office of the Student Identifiers Registrar.
