This 60-minute session is one of five available during the 2021 National VET PD Week.The second webinar in National VET PD Week has been designed in response to feedback which says that practitioners are looking for  a definitive when it comes to defining the terminology: pre-validation, moderation,  validation ‘team’, risk management and the 5 year schedule....let's get clear on what these are!


About this session

With the release of NCVER’s report, validation continues to be a focus for the sector. Outcomes from the report identified that practitioners are looking for clarity when it comes to the terminology. Let’s get clear about pre-validation, moderation, who can be included in the validation team, risk management and the 5-year Schedule.

Join Courtney Smith, Assistant Director – Engagement and Education, ASQA as she takes the ambiguity out of these terms and provides further insights into the regulator’s perspective on validation.
