This first webinar in National VET PD Week is back due to popular demand! Achieving an average score of 4.8/5, our presenter Jason Blinman will share his insights into Trainer Excellence in this session.

About this webinar:

Understanding the attributes of learner psychology can have a powerful impact on the success of your training!

As we continue to move forward and evolve in the Learning and Development industry, the needs of our Adult Learners have continued to change with time.

As Training Specialists, it is our duty to help foster and facilitate an environment where people can safely fail, learn, adapt, overcome, and become competent in their chosen fields.

But we must realise that in an ever-growing technologically dependant society, the degradation of emotional connection and rising mental health issues has become more prevalent than ever, seeing many within our cohorts struggling to navigate to the finish line.

Bringing psychology to the classroom will help you work with your Adult Learners on a deeper and more meaningful level through the usage of DISC personality profiling tools and proven techniques to identify and address common psychological issues in the classroom.

In turn, this will allow you to connect with your learners individually in a professional manner that will give you a significant boost in your holster of Advanced Presentation techniques and make you a Trainer worth remembering.

Key topics covered in the Webinar:

  • An introduction to DISC Personality Profiling in the classroom
  • How to identify the four personality styles
  • How to adapt oneself to the needs of each personality style
  • Identifying common psychological issues in the classroom
  • Addressing common psychological issues in the classroom
