What kind of information needs to be collected at enrolment? What records should be kept to demonstrate evidence of progression? How often should we conduct learner file reviews, and how many files should we scrutinize?

Join Angela McGregor in this next instalment of your Coaching Companion program as we uncover answers to these questions and explore common non-compliance issues regarding student enrolment and progression.

By the end of this session, you'll have the pieces in place to understand the evidence required for demonstrating compliance with enrolment and student advancement.

Angela will coach you through sharpening your skills, enabling you to critically examine the RTO's enrolment practices, including the enrolment form, and conduct meaningful learner file reviews.

Angela McGregor is the owner and principal consultant of RTO Consulting who has been offering consulting services throughout Australia, providing guidance, coaching and assistance to businesses wanting to become a RTO, existing RTOs and businesses wanting to develop nationally accredited courses and those looking to establish systems and processes to ensure compliance. 

As a practitioner dedicated to sharing knowledge, Angela has consulted through many forums pertaining to compliance issues and improvement strategies for training and assessment services.
