Did you know that your Registered Training Organisation (RTO) must meet compliance requirements for students with disabilities? Do you know what those compliance requirements are?

This session will provide a snapshot of the legislative requirements often overlooked by RTOs until a complaint is made by students or regulatory action is taken. We will link the legislation and related standards to the Standards for RTOs 2015 to establish a clear relationship to RTO compliance and provide practical advice on how requirements can be met.
