Drawing on the VUCA model and the Amygdala Hijack, Influence Digest's #3 coach in Sydney in 2021, Marianne Bateup will guide you on how to integrate reflective activities into your teaching practices, supporting your learners with their focus and stress management. 

Marianne will hone in on how to master reflective activities to arm you with the skills to create a safe space for your learners where they can focus. 

You will learn how the quality of training, learning and growth can be maximised, leading to better outcomes for learners and increasing the value placed on the VET sector.

 The session includes practical reflective activities and a chance to debrief.
