Overview
The student experience is impacted by a multitude of factors, and even with the best laid out plans we still find disengagement and sometimes low rates of completion.
This session will bring forward the key pains of learners and in a tongue in cheek way demonstrate the ways that educators subconsciously or through our own biases bring these into the classroom (both physical and virtual).
Attendees will be made aware of how learners are impacted by some of the conventional or trivial incorporations to their delivery and small changes they can implement in making a better environment.
