Join Angela McGregor of RTO Consulting and Amanda Hansen-Lowe from Altitude Strategies in this insightful interview-style session designed to help RTOs meaningfully meet their obligations under Standard 2.5b.

About Angela:

Angela McGregor is the owner and principal consultant of RTO Consulting who has been offering consulting services throughout Australia, providing guidance, coaching and assistance to businesses wanting to become a RTO, existing RTOs and businesses wanting to develop nationally accredited courses and those looking to establish systems and processes to ensure compliance.

As a practitioner dedicated to sharing knowledge, Angela has consulted through many forums pertaining to compliance issues and improvement strategies for training and assessment services. Angela is known for her current industry, knowledge and success in developing accredited courses and track record in setting up RTOs and assisting RTOs with compliance against the VET Quality Framework.

About Amanda:

Amanda is the Executive Director of Altitude Strategies, an Aboriginal owned and operated organisation, offering a full suite of business review, support, and development tools and expertise. Altitude Strategies are committed to establishing and nurturing the development of Aboriginal organisations as well as educating and guiding mainstream businesses around the needs and requirements of their internal policies, to better support the successful approach of addressing trauma and socio-economic factors that affect first nations peoples.

Amanda designs and delivers training programs aimed at upskilling employees and enhancing workplace competencies. These programs place a strong emphasis on compliance and Indigenous cultural awareness, ensuring that staff are well-equipped to meet both regulatory standards and the diverse needs of the community.
