Achieving Quality & Efficiency in VET: Is it possible?

29 November 2017
ONLINE

This webinar will explore the tension between achieving quality in training and assessment whilst still being competitively efficient. Some might say that the two concepts are opposed. Indeed the statement “high quality delivery” brings to mind visions of bricks and mortar colleges, high levels of student contact and expensive resourcing. Smart course design and targeted use of e-learning enable quality and efficiency to occupy the same space in training delivery. The session will present examples of delivery models and RTO practices where quality and efficiency can be achieved together.

Key topics covered within webinar

  • Holistic course design
  • Learning and assessment clustering
  • Remote access learning
  • Making the most of workplace delivery
  • Use of technology to support compliance
  • Streamlining the enrolment process
