Clauses 1.1 - 1.4 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 require RTOs to implement comprehensive Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS). All too often, we focus on this documentation existing for compliance purposes. While this is important, it is not the only reason why we use a TAS. This documentation is able to serve the purpose of telling the story of how training is being delivered and assessment conducted.
