NVC Master Class: The Balancing Act: Meeting compliance and people needs

12 September 2018
Adelaide Convention Centre, Hall E

2018NVC Master Class

Developing a compliant training system requires a strong focus on completing tasks. Develop the TAS, plan delivery, review resources, create benchmarks, map assessments, and so on. But who carries out these tasks? – you and I do. So how do we develop a business that balances the focus on task management and people management and produces a compliant and quality outcome? That’s the question that this workshop addresses.

This workshop uncovers the tasks associated with compliance and the opportunities to use people effectively to create a quality learning environment whilst focussing on completing these tasks.

The session progresses on to explore the issues that emerge when an out-of-balance situation occurs. The skills to work in task and people domains are explored and the simplicity involved in shifting the balance to create high productivity and high morale is explained in practical terms.
