Stakeholder feedback from students, employers, industry and your own staff is an important part of your RTO's continuous improvement process. However, you need to be prepared to objectively analyse this feedback! Then be prepared to reward and recognise areas which are functioning well, as well as appropriately take action where areas of weakness are apparent.

She is the director and principal consultant of Vanguard Visions, an organisation which specialises in cutting edge elearning, eportfolio and ebusiness professional development, consultancy, presentation and writing services. Allison also leads ePortfolios Australia, a professional network which s upport the use of e-portfolios in Australia and beyond.  She is also the convenor of the annual Eportfolio Forum and Workshops.
