The 2019 Focus Week for Administration is made up of five content rich webinars, delivered by our Administration Expert Angela McGregor and has been designed to provide convenient, relevant and supportive professional development that will assist anyone who plays an administrative role (or manages administrative processes) within an RTO.

About this webinar

The What, Why and How of Trainer and Assessor Files
In her experience, Angela is often asked the what, why and how of trainer and assessor files and records. Administration of trainer and assessor files is often a reactive process, triggered by an impending audit. So how should Trainer and Assessor files be monitored and maintained?

This webinar will provide guidance about the minimum requirements for trainer and assessor files, how often they need updating and what needs to be kept to ensure your RTO has evidence of trainer and assessor competency and currency.

In this webinar Angela will provide hints on how to apply a systematic approach to the review and maintenance of files, with a focus on ongoing compliance, rather than panic for an audit.

Angela McGregor is the owner and principal consultant of RTO Consulting who has been offering consulting services throughout Australia, providing guidance, coaching and assistance to businesses wanting to become a RTO, existing RTOs and businesses wanting to develop nationally accredited courses and those looking to establish systems and processes to ensure compliance. 

As a practitioner dedicated to sharing knowledge, Angela has consulted through many forums pertaining to compliance issues and improvement strategies for training and assessment services. Angela is known for her current industry, knowledge and success in developing accredited courses and track record in setting up RTOs and assisting RTOs with compliance against the VET Quality Framework.
