Self-assurance refers to how RTOs manage their operations to ensure that there is a focus on quality, continuous improvement and ongoing compliance

Division 1 - Information and Transparency

Division 1 of the Compliance Requirements outline requirements for marketing/advertising and guarantees/inducements that an RTO must meet at all times.
