Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)

A Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is any training provider listed on the national register to provide specific training delivery and/or assessment services in VET.

Assessment Tools

An ‘assessment tool’ means the instrument, instructions and methods used to gather and interpret assessment evidence for the purposes of determining VET student competency

Schedule 1 - Fit and Proper Person Requirements

Schedule 1 - Fit and Proper Person Requirements outline factors such as criminal history, financial management record, regulatory compliance history, and ethical conduct that an RTO will be assessed by the National VET Register.

Managing Risk

RTOs need to ensure that any risks to VET students, staff and the organisation itself are identified and managed.

Member PD Pathway Program

Are you looking for a PD pathway that explores the fundamentals of VET regardless of your role in the RTO?

Transition of training products

There are certain RTO activities that must be completed in set timeframes when a training product is superseded, removed or deleted from the national VET register.
