Every RTO relies on its administration to ensure that the record keeping processes are in place, retaining all evidence required to demonstrate compliance.   

Imagine if you were on holiday and a Performance Assessment (Audit) was scheduled.  Most people who are responsible for administration at their RTO would panic at the thought and very few would have confidence that the evidence could be found to demonstrate the RTO’s compliance.
