V2G02 - Effective RTO Management Practices

November 2024
Online via Thinkific LMS

The revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations were publicly released on 1 October 2024 and will come into full regulatory effect from 1 July 2025.

The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 will continue to apply until then.

This module of learning is based on, and refers to, the current regulatory environment.

This Velg2go module of learning covers the important considerations an RTO Manager needs to take into account to facilitate their role and effective RTO management practices.

Managing an RTO can sometimes feel overwhelming. As the person ‘vested with sufficient authority’ it is an RTO Manager’s responsibility to ensure that the RTO complies with the Standards at all times.  Understanding your role, the roles of your team, the important practices of self-management and systematic monitoring and evaluation, is essential to successfully and effectively manage your RTO’s compliance.

This module is designed specifically for RTO/Compliance Managers as a fundamental guide, stepping you through the role, your responsibilities, communication and self-management practices.

It is an excellent induction module for anyone needing to understand what RTO management entails and a great PD opportunity to align existing assurance practices, for those who are seasoned in the role.

Our Velg2Go Individual Courses occur every month.  They open on the first of the month and close on the last day of the month. Statements of Attendance are issued on the first day of the following month.
