Focus Week: Student information, Support and Complaints & Appeals

This webinar is one of five available during Velg Training's dedicated Focus Week - RTO Compliance. About this webinar

This webinar will cover the obligations of an RTO with regards to student enrolment and support, including complaints and appeals. It will look at what the Standards for RTOs 2015 say, how these impact on an RTO’s enrolment practices and clarify the meaning behind what an RTO’s actual obligations to its students are.

Whilst covering the accuracy of information RTOs provide to its students prior to enrolment, the session will also look at how RTOs can best meet the additional support needs of its students and the evidence requirements in the event of complaints and appeals.
