Q:We would like to use one of the Velg Training templates with a few minor additions. What are the copyright requirements of using Velg Training templates?
A: Velg Training provides templates as an assistive resource, for the specific purpose of them being adjusted/added to, to reflect your RTOs requirements. As such, you absolutely can adjust the content to reflect the practices/processes and related documentation that exists within your RTO.  

It should be noted however, Velg Training provides templates as a framework. How they are contextualised for use in individual organisations is beyond the control of Velg Training and is the sole responsibility of the organisation using the template. Velg Training uses its best endeavours to ensure content of framework documents is correct, comprehensive and current at the time of issuing, but does not give any warranty nor accept any liability in relation to the contents or information added by the organisation during contextualisation and use. If any law prohibits the exclusion of such liability, Velg Training limits its liability to the extent permitted by law.
