Velg Training in Western Australia
This week, Kerri, Tracey and Dimity were in Perth for the WA Training Provider’s Forum. The forum was aimed at anyone involved in the planning, delivery and assessment of Vocational Education and Training in Western Australia. As Australia’s leading provider of VET professional development, and because we have members all over the country, we try to exhibit at events in each state. Providing advice and being accessible to members is just one way we educate, inspire and empower the VET community.
During this visit to Perth, the ladies also conducted some member visits. Because we run so many online PD sessions, or workshops in locations other than where we are based, we love the opportunity to meet our members. It’s great to be able to put faces to the names of those who are part of the Velg Training family!
Being in Perth was also a great opportunity to check out the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. We run events around Australia, and some of the larger ones, such as the National VET Conference, travel each year. So we like to visit different venues to see what we can offer attendees at future events.
