Perth to Host the WorldSkills Australia National Championships in 2020! image

WorldSkills Australia has been invited by Education and Training Minister Sue Ellery to hold the highly anticipated 2020 WorldSkills Australia National Championships in Western Australia.

The last national competition to be held in Western Australia was in 2014 and was well received by the community. WorldSkills Australia is proud to bring the largest skills and trade competition in the Southern Hemisphere to Perth. The team which includes our strong volunteer network are eager to showcase the talent of young trainees and apprentices from across Australia as they compete for the pride of their state and the title of 'Best in Nation'.

2019 is forecast to be the largest regional competition cycle for the organisation to date and off the back of our recent International success in Kazan, Russia the 2020 WorldSkills Australia National Championships will be a fierce display of skill and Australia's future workforce!
