Do You Have a Good Practice Story to Share?

We know there are so many unrecognised success stories out there across the vocational education and training sector.  Stories that, if shared, could assist skills reform across Australia and be a catalyst in our pursuit to achieve excellence in what we do.  

So, VET practitioners, your VET stories are wanted!

The Department of Education, Skills and Employment would love to hear about your experiences involving effective collaboration between stakeholders in the vocational education and training (VET) sector and innovative practices which contribute to high-quality training delivery.  This will help them to understand how good collaboration and innovation helps to achieve better outcomes for learners, employers and Australian workplaces and assist them in informing Commonwealth, state and territory governments.  The aim here is to help strengthen industry engagement and improve the quality of qualification delivery across the VET sector.

Your story may be shared on www.skillsreform.gov.au to show others what good practice collaboration and innovation can achieve and will also help Commonwealth and state and territory governments to explore opportunities to replicate, strengthen or build on these activities as part of the Skills Reforms.

Personal information held by the department is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Any personal information collected as part of the submission form will be used by the department, and may be disclosed to the engagement hub supplier for the purposes of distributing communications activities, for example if you subscribe to receive email updates, and to administer the submission form. De-identified information may be disclosed to State and Territory Governments for the purposes of:

• informing reforms under the Heads of Agreement for Skills Reform
• informing or contributing to the department’s reports or publications.
