So, what are the negatives for outsourced staff?

It’s almost 99% certain that they don’t have a TAE and only have limited exposure to the VET sector.

If you are considering beginning your outsourcing journey with us, it’s just that, a journey.

You’ll be looking at entry level staff that you can train up with your own policies, procedures and systems.

I’ve heard a lot of people tell me that WFH is here to stay. That may be true.

I’m suggesting that outsourcing is here to compliment it.

Recent surveys suggest that Australia is already one of the largest users of outsourcing. SEQVA's mission is to make it accessible to SME's.
