News from the National Regulator
The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) advises that it has recently made the following regulatory decisions:
Cancellation of registration as a provider of Vocational Education and Training (VET) services:
- Kirk Pinner (RTO number 40715, trading as Outside the Square Solutions). Decision to take effect from 8 November 2017; and
- Coopers and Coopers Group Pty Ltd (RTO number 41085, trading as Coopers Training).
ASQA has taken these decisions following regulatory scrutiny of both training providers. ASQA contends that the providers have not operated consistently with the requirements of the VET Quality Framework, which is a condition of registration.
