Connect ‘n’ Grow – an award-winning RTO - was founded in 2012 by Michael Gleadow (Teacher) and Dr Naomi Gleadow (General Practitioner) off the need to improve the health and well-being of students from Northern Australia. This has led to the National role out of Health and Community Services programs with wraparound support that presents routes into tertiary education and employment.

Connect ‘n’ Grow offers the dual Certificate II + Certificate III Health & Community Services programs on the CNG Hub, powered by the cutting edge Canvas Learner Management System. In 2017, a pilot program (dual Certificate II Health program) was successfully implemented in 14 schools across the State.
