Q: Can I use an AI notetaker during the live webinar?
A: No. While we appreciate that these tools can support learning, the use of AI notetakers or other third-party recording software is not permitted during live webinars. This is to protect the intellectual property of presenters and maintain the integrity of the webinar.
To support note-taking, attendees are provided with an editable PDF notes version of the PowerPoint at the start of each session. After the event, attendees also receive access to the chat transcript, session recording, and any additional supporting resources and links. These materials allow attendees to re-watch the session, review key content, and reinforce their learning.
Where an AI notetaker or similar third-party recording tool appears in the Zoom attendance record, the registered participant will be marked as having missed the session. This ensures the accuracy of participation records for professional development activities, which may be requested for verification by regulators.
