Q: What will I receive for this form of professional development?
A:  Post webinar:

• Within 48 hours of the completion of the webinar, you will receive an electronic version of your Statement of Attendance as well as a link to complete a feedback survey in order to access the webinar's electronic resources
• Electronic resources include: a PDF version of the PowerPoint presentation, a transcript of the live Chat Q&A, a Vimeo video of the recording of the webinar (available for 2 weeks after the completion of the session) and any associated electronic resources the presenter has outlined during the session.

Q: How do I watch a recording of a webinar?
A: Velg Training uses Zoom as a platform for facilitating webinars.
All recordings are embedded in the electronic resources sent to registrants within 48 hours of the session close. From there, you are able to view the recording of the presentation. The recording will be available for viewing for 2 weeks. If you are unable to view the recording, please contact Velg Training on webinar@velgtraining.com or by calling 07 3866 0888.
