The role of a trainer and assessor requires a balance between compliance and the practice of training and assessing. This 6-week, self-paced, online course is the perfect PD for experienced Trainers and Assessors who want to extend their skills and knowledge beyond the essentials.

Our Trainer and Assessor Mentoring: Beyond The Essentials program offers a flexible  approach for the continued development/maintenance of skills, knowledge and expertise of seasoned trainers and assessors.
