Are You Looking for a User-friendly RPL Process?

Are You Looking for a User-friendly RPL Process? image

John Dwyer has over 60 years’ experience in education and on 20 March 2020 he is sharing some of that experience with Focus Week attendees.

In the past RPL has often been an overwhelming process for the candidate AND for the assessor. It has often degenerated into a meaningless and exhausting paper chase. In this session, John will look at a number of concepts that should drive the design and implementation of an effective and efficient, user-friendly RPL process.

John will address a number of key concepts, including how to harness the power of the ‘competency conversation’.

It is a mandatory requirement for RTOs to offer RPL as an assessment pathway for its students and have systems and processes in place to implement this.  If you’re looking for an easier way,  join John Dwyer, the expert of all things RPL, as he addresses the 12 key concepts that will assist you in designing an RPL process that is practical and relevant to your RTO's needs.

This webinar is one of five available during Velg Training's dedicated Focus Week - Design. A dedicated week of learning opportunities (one webinar per day) specifically designed to increase knowledge and skills of VET practitioners in targeted topics.
