Calling all VET Assessment Practitioners! Just How Strong are Your ABCs?

Calling all VET Assessment Practitioners! Just How Strong are Your ABCs? image

Are you a new assessor looking for PD that captures the fundamentals of Competency Based Assessment? Or, are you a seasoned professional who, despite your best efforts, is still feeling a little confused as to why your practices and/or resources are not quite meeting compliance requirements?

When it comes to this topic, assessment is often the most common area of non-compliance in an RTO at audit.  From unclear assessment instructions, to mis-aligned mapping, to incorrectly structured benchmarks, to incorrect use of tools and instruments - all of these things lead to incorrect assessment judgements and ultimately, non-compliant assessment by even the most seasoned of assessors.

So what's going on?  Why do we keep getting things wrong?

The ABC of CBA has been one of Velg Training's most popular face-to-face workshops and we are proud to announce this timeless content has been transformed into an interactive Virtual Training session.

Sometimes the best way to solidify what we know is to get back to those basics!

Join our expert-of-all-things-CBA, John Dwyer who will deliver this unique 3-hour training session to cover those fundamentals and secure a solid platform of understanding.
