This brand-new offering is a comprehensive series of webinars designed to delve deeper into targeted topics and provide real-world guidance and advice that is meaningful to you!

We are excited to bring to you our first Master Mentoring program in 2022: Compliance – An annual administration approach

This series of 7 x 90-minute webinars (held every second Tuesday of the month) aims to shift thinking from a 'reactive' to a proactive approach where achieving compliance is an embedded practice.

The third of these webinars focuses on Reviewing enrolment, complaints and appeals.

Accurate and complete enrolment information is critical to every RTO and every student.

However, it is also extremely important to ensure that your RTO’s systems and processes are being followed and that the practices in place align with those systems.

Essentially, your RTO needs evidence that they are in fact, doing what they say they are doing in their policies and procedures. As such, the records kept have to speak for themselves!

This 90 minute webinar will explore what is required, the evidence that should be kept and for how long when it comes to enrolment and complaints/appeals records. It will include 15 minutes dedicated to answering your questions and participants will be provided with supportive resources to assist back in the workplace.

This session will provide valuable insights into the what and how of reviewing enrolment and complaints/appeals records.

Key topics covered in this webinar:

  • What is required when it comes to enrolment and complaints/appeals?
  • What about the USI? What should we check to ensure compliance?
  • What evidence should we be keeping and for how long?
  • How should we check enrolment and complaints/appeals records and when?

Date & Time:

  • Tuesday 12 April 2022

  • 11:00 to 12:30pm (AEST:QLD)
