Unlock the Secret to Being a Trainer Who Stands Out from the Crowd

Unlock the Secret to Being a Trainer Who Stands Out from the Crowd image

What’s more important when presenting your specialist topic—the depth of your knowledge or how you communicate that information?

The answer is both. You need a balance between technical knowledge of the subject matter as well as an ability to communicate that information effectively. Whether you are a trainer, presenter, or facilitator, making your sessions engaging and memorable is critical. Thankfully, your communication and your ability to engage and inspire your audience are completely within your control.

On 2 August, this unique webinar session presented by Tony Kirton will explore the behaviours that great trainers, presenters, and facilitators use to engage, inspire, and even entertain their audience.   Tony will delve into the small changes that you can make to your presentation style that will make a BIG difference, make you stand out from the crowd, and move you into the top 20% of effective trainers, presenters, and facilitators in your industry.

In his typical interactive style, Tony will share with you some of the successful techniques he applies and has continued to refine over the past 15 years as a presenter, trainer, and facilitator. This session is for both beginner and experienced presenters, trainers, and facilitators. It goes beyond the typical content of Certificate 4 and Diploma from the Training and Education Training Package.

Tony will look at:

  • The 5 vocal foundations and how you can use them to engage and inspire your audience
  • Vocal archetypes and their role in connecting with and inspiring your audience
  • Subtle body language and gestures that the top 20% of presenters use to engage their audience
  • A powerful exercise that you can use to gain self-awareness about your presentation style and identify what needs to change

You will leave with specific behaviours that require only self-awareness and minimal effort to improve your skills, engage your audience, and make your message effective and memorable.
