NCVER is transforming its products and services to take full advantage of broader, faster data, enriched through advanced analytical methodologies and integrated with our research.
Improving the user experience for many stakeholders is an important priority for the organisation, and to that end, the NCVER has engaged Square Holes, a research company, to undertake research on its behalf.
The research is in the form of a short 10–15-minute survey, with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the needs of its customers in terms of its publication products. The insights gained from your responses will assist to establish priorities based on your feedback, contributing to improved product and service delivery.
To clarify the terminology, publication refers to a suite of products, e.g., the Apprentices and Trainees publication is made up of the following main products; a report and DataBuilder, data tables and VOCSTATS.
