Recorded on 17/03/2017, this webinar provides information about the key features of the ASQA audit model including the process used and the way in which RTOs are required to respond to the findings of these audits.

Topic Overview:

A ‘student centred’ audit model has been implemented by ASQA. This model follows the ‘journey’ of students throughout their relationship with an RTO, from marketing and recruitment on to enrolment, support provided, training/assessment and completion.
