Reminder Quality Indicator Data Due 30 June 2019

Reminder Quality Indicator Data Due 30 June 2019 image

The Data Provision Requirements 2012 requires all registered training organisations (RTOs) registered with ASQA to provide an annual summary report of their performance against the learner engagement and employer satisfaction quality indicators to ASQA.

RTOs must submit their quality indicator data reports in full to qidata@asqa.gov.au by close of business 30 June of 2019. Quality Indicator data is required for previous calendar year (1 January to 31 December 2018).

Failure to do so will result in your RTO not complying with its statutory registration requirements and potentially constitute a breach of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.

To assist with understanding the reporting requirements and implementing the process in your RTO, you might consider viewing the Velg Training webinar ‘Quality Indicator Survey – A chore? Or something more?’.  Recorded in August 2018, this webinar will cover:

  • What the surveys tell us
  • Identifying the gaps between what they tell us and what we, as an RTO, need to know
  • Engaging learners in activities that include quality indicator survey questions
  • How to interpret the results of the survey questions
  • Using those results to inform continuous improvement practices

Presented by John Price, the recordings offer tips on how to turn the reporting requirement into an effective and engaging process that informs the provision of training and assessment activities for your RTO and supports the continuous improvement of services and performance.

Only $79 or $49 for members, this webinar will be a valuable addition to making the most out of your Quality Indicator survey data.

To purchase a ticket to the recording, see the event webpage.

For more information on reporting requirements, you can view the ASQA website.
