This brand-new offering is a comprehensive series of webinars designed to delve deeper into targeted topics and provide real-world guidance and advice that is meaningful to you!

We are excited to bring to you our first Master Mentoring program in 2022: Compliance – An annual administration approach

This series of 7 x 90-minute webinars (held every second Tuesday of the month) aims to shift thinking from a 'reactive' to a proactive approach where achieving compliance is an embedded practice.

The first of these webinars focuses on Understanding and Scheduling Continuous Improvement Activities

ASQA's regulatory approach includes emphasis on a best practice principle that "promotes a culture and system of self-assurance and continuous quality improvement – as a core component of provider operations"

So, how do we critically examine our RTO and improve performance?

A planned, annual review approach can provide the perfect platform for determining an RTO's areas of focus and frequency. This, in turn, increases our levels of success in identifying Continuous Improvement activities and actions and maintaining overall compliance. Implementing a practice of continual review of our administrative processes and records will support your RTO's journey to self-assurance.

This session will explore the importance of Continuous Improvement, the 'how-to' of determining focus and frequency of reviews, who should be involved in the review process and implementing a structured calendar of Continuous Improvement events/actions.

This 90-minute webinar will include 15 minutes dedicated to answering your questions, and participants will walk away with supportive resources to assist them in the workplace.

Key topics covered in this webinar:

  • Determining the areas of focus and frequency of review
  • Who should be involved?
  • Developing a Continuous Improvement calendar and implementing
  • What to do with any Continuous Improvement - activities
  • Keeping records of Continuous Improvement

  • Tuesday 8 February 2022 - 11:00 - 12:30pm (AEST: QLD)
