Did You Miss our PD Challenge?

Over the month of May, Velg Training put out a challenge to our members to go on a professional development journey!

As your Velg Training membership includes a vast array of relevant and meaningful resources, which are completely complimentary, the #VelgChallenge focused on a journey of discovery and exploration. More than anything, we wanted you to embrace a personal commitment to take some time to explore the resources you have available at your fingertips and ensure you are maximising the potential of your membership offerings. 

This journey of discovery and exploration had our members delving into four key topics that influence our everyday VET practices.

• Week 1 – Training and Assessment Strategies
• Week 2 – Industry Engagement
• Week 3 – Learner Support
• Week 4 – Effective Assessment

Participants of the #VelgChallenge could examine the Standards at a Glance, view engaging webinars and informative VelgCasts or utilise insightful templates.

 We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks and congratulations to many of our members who rose to the challenge. And we hope our goal of educating, inspiring and empowering was achieved!  If you haven’t already, don’t forget to add the PD you completed to your Trainer and Assessor Profile.
